Is Robert Geller Women's in the Works?

Following Robert Geller’s children’s story inspired FW ’16 show at NYFW, the German designer headed to the Apple Store in Soho for an interview and Q+A with some of his many devoted fans.

The best part of the interview by far? Geller admitted to wanting to start a women’s line (thank the fashion GODS!). He stated that he has always been inspired by the women around him and oh so sweetly stated that he always has, and always will consider his wife to be the most stylish woman on the planet. Geller spoke about his original plan, which was actually to go into womenswear and said he started his menswear brand solely because he received an offer from a Japanese company that has since transformed into the dope pieces we now know to be the staple of Geller’s work. He has, however, caught onto the trend in which the lines between menswear and womenswear are starting to blur so it’s safe to assume his women’s line would stay true to his menswear aesthetic but be fit for a woman’s body.

So for all the hoody loving, basic tee wearing, and all around cozy girls like me, keep your fingers crossed!
