MR. Porter Takes us Inside the Venice Residence of Rick Owens

Online retail giant, MR. PORTER recently gave us an inside look at Rick Owens's Venice, Italy home. Unlike his home in the 7th Arrondesmont of Paris, his Venice residence features much lighter & earthier tones with an abundance of natural lighting. Sticking with the brutalist and minimal design motifs Owens has become known for throughout his ready to wear collections as well as his furniture designs, this second home offers Owens a serene place to block out all of the "noise." Featuring fully marble floors, "severely" designed furniture, and an enormous book collection, it is safe to say that Owens has found the perfect detached getaway space, a "blank slate" as he calls it.
