Runway: A-Cold-Wall* S/S 20
Samuel Ross's A-COLD-WALL* S/S 20 showing was a master class in technical prowess and elemental luxury.
Dubbed "A Study For Social Architecture", the collection was multi-dimensional in its exhibition and inspirations. Mostly pulling from natural & man-made elements such as clay, water, lead, and glass, the presentation was tonal and bridged the gap between the physical and emotional worlds.
Filled with bungee cords, chest harnesses, and zipper cut details this collection reached new heights of commercial success. While A-Cold-Wall is usually associated with Avant Garde styles, the last two runway collections have displayed showpieces with street-style sensibilities.
