Runway: Off-White S/S 19' Menswear

Ahead of his highly anticipated initial collection with Louis Vuitton, Virgil Abloh presented his latest SS 19’ Off-White men’s collection earlier today in Paris. With Abloh now juggling Off-White men’s & women’s, Louis Vuitton men’s, and continuing his partnership with Nike, it can be hard to keep track of the most recent thing Virgil is taking part in. This latest collection from Off-White brought us Simpsons graphic printed sweaters and t-shirts, new Off-White x Nike colorways, and even an insane denim collaboration with one of New York’s best designers, Ev Bravado. Not to mention that many of the looks included his upcoming collaboration with Rimowa, which is absolutely fire.

The show was based on Virgil’s love for New York. In a quote from his, Instagram Virgil stated "@off____white show & set design inspired by those crazy summer NYC nights when it’s just as sticky hot at midnight as it was at noon. thugs and skaters hanging out with the rich and elite in mini urban parks. channeling “DONDI WHITE” and the golden era that made our now. I ❤️ NYC."

Virgil's first collection with Louis Vuitton will be presented this Thursday, June 21st in Paris, but until then we can bask in his latest work for Off-White. What are your thoughts on the latest collection?
