Rolex to Re-release The "Pepsi" GMT-Master II

The long-awaited rumors of the "GMT-Master II Pepsi" re-release are finally a reality. First released in 1955, the Pepsi colored bezel Rolex has become a collector's piece that holds its value really well. Originally taking design reference from Pan-Am airlines (yes not actually Pepsi), this watch's signature blue and red motif have become one of the most sought-after GMT's to date. This will be the first stainless release of the watch since 2007, considering the 2014 release was entirely white gold, which some thought an odd material choice for a divers watch. However, unlike the original release, Rolex decided to switch the stainless steel bracelet from the classic Oyster to the Jubilee bracelet, which I actually prefer, but that is just my personal preference. The watch will be available soon for the retail price of $9,400. For more on luxury watches be sure to check out our basic crash course in luxury watches here
